The RSF will be designed to meet LEED Platinum and will also be the first zero-energy building of its kind.

5. FBI Office Building

The Denver branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation will consolidate three local offices at the new campus. The project team will seek LEED certification.

This is a two-phased addition/renovation to the original hospital built by GE Johnson in 2001. Phase 1 is comprised of 30,000 sq ft of new construction and 11,000 sq ft of renovations to the OB-OR departments. Phase 2 will be comprised of a 30-bed, 70,000-sq-ft new construction and 18,000-sq-ft renovation to a new bed tower that will tie in to the existing hospital.

7. Green Valley Ranch E-12 Campus

The building will occupy what is now the parking lot south of the Andrew Clark building on the main campus. Upon completion, the project will apply for for LEED-Gold certification.

The refurbished building will include library circulation areas, stack space, classrooms, archival/display spaces, common areas and administrative space. The project team is anticipating LEED-Gold certification.

Rex Field is an existing track and football field located at the heart of campus. The new student residences will wrap around the northeast end of the track, providing new, four-bedroom apartments for students with a view of the field, plus apartments for resident advisers, a laundry room, and study lounges.

    This new facility for the University of Denver serves as the centerpiece of the Morgridge College of Education. The new four-story building features an indoor fountain, cast-in-place concrete with load-bearing masonry, and brick and stone veneer and copper roofing to match the existing campus architecture. LEED Gold will be targeted.

Standing next to the new building will be the 40,000-sq-ft addition, which will house the hotel’s new restaurant and bar, pool and spa, and all new conference facilities and meeting rooms.
