This 663,201-sq-ft project consists of 33 stories, 504 condominium units on top of a 284,938-sq-ft, eight-level, 600-car parking garage with first-floor retail space. It is one of the largest LEED-certified residential towers in the country.

This 32-story, mixed-use project includes 183 for-sale residential units, eight floors of parking with two levels below grade and 15,000-sq-ft of ground-level retail. It is located directly across the street from the 20th Street light rail station.

NorthCreek is a 300,000-sq-ft, mixed-use environment located at the epicenter of Denver’s Cherry Creek North. High-rise, mid-rise and low-rise residential units sit atop 360 degrees of retail embracing 1st and 2nd avenues, Detroit Street and Fillmore Plaza.
