    Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort, the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa consists of 490,000 sq ft with 291 residential units, a spa and fitness center, full-service restaurant, meeting facilities, offices and underground parking.

    3. One Steamboat Place

    Steamboat Springs

    This project is among the first new developmets of the Steamboat Ski and Resort. Located adjacent to the gondola, the resort will include 80 private, luxury residences with two levels of parking, along with retail and commercial space, restaurants, boutiques, members-only lounge, fitness facilities and a state-of-the-art spa.

    This 148-unit, five-star luxury hotel and residential projects includes a spa, pool, fitness center and retail facilities.

    This project consists of a nine-story, 263-room hotel with attached conference center. The hotel portion includes full-height atrium, and the conference center can be configured to accommodate groups of people from 25 to 1,000.
