Top Colorado Projects of 2007
The annual Top Projects survey is a free
editorial service provided by Colorado Construction magazine.
Projects were submitted by Colorado firms based on a questionnaire mailed to them this winter. Firms from any segment of the industry were eligible to submit their projects, including owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors. Only three projects per firm were considered. The Top Projects were selected based on the total dollar volume as reported by the firms themselves. Total construction volume was the only criteria for the ranking.
Projects must have been started (for the new projects rankings) or completed (for all other lists) by Colorado firms during calendar year 2007. Projects whose start or completion dates fall outside that time period were not eligible. Projects that were reported as completed in last year’s Top Projects list were also not considered. Projects must be located in Colorado.
