Thaddeus Spack
Thaddeus Spack, 51, has been with Yenter Companies for 12
years and is currently the firm's chief financial officer.
Yenter is an employee-owned company specializing in design-build
geotechnical work, including installation of high-end stone
walls, drilling, blasting and soil stabilization.
Cheryl Brooks
Cheryl Brooks, 54, has been the president of J.C. Brooks &
Co. Inc. for 24 years. J.C. Brooks is a general contractor
specializing in municipal and education projects. The firm
recently completed the Centennial Gardens project in Denver.
Brooks is a past president of the Women's Construction Owners
and Executives Colorado Chapter and a past member of the board
of directors for AGC of Colorado.
Todd Berry
Todd Berry, 38, is the senior project manager for HCBeck (The
Beck Group), where he has worked for 10 years. The Beck Group
is an affiliation of companies involved in design, real estate
and design-build for commercial construction. Berry is a member
of the Services Committee for AGC of Colorado.
Luke Gentrup
Luke Gentrup, 42, is the vice president of estimating services
at Denver's Pinkard Construction, a leading commercial contractor,
where he has worked for 19 years. Gentrup is a past president
of ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter and on the Eaton Terrace Assisted-Living
Facility board of directors.
Chris Green
Chris Green, 49, has worked as an architect with Atlantis
for two years. Atlantis specializes in architecture, interiors,
graphics and planning for restaurants, retail and resort projects.
Green is the president elect for AIA Colorado.
Rex Wiederspahn
Rex Wiederspahn, 47, has been the president and CEO of Quality
Electric for 25 years. Quality Electric is an electrical contractor
that recently completed work on the new Lakeshore Athletic
Club in Broomfield and is currently working on the new Thornton
Justice Center. Wiederspahn is chairman of the DIA Partnership,
as well as the Construction Legal Rights Foundation.
Mark Hamouz
Mark Hamouz, 46, has been with Lonco Inc. for 17 years. Hamouz
is currently a principal for the company, which specializes
in civil, structural and transportation engineering. He is
the current president of the American Council of Engineering
Companies, as well as a member of the National Society of
Preservation of Covered Bridges.
